I've been trained by some of the UK's most respected industry leaders including the UK's very own "Wax Queen" Kim Lawless.
My mission is to provide a friendly, personalised service and to ensure that my clients are always number one, and I strive to exceed your expectations.
Please, whenever possible, book your appointment online. This prevents any communication errors and will also enable you to choose the best time for your appointment.
Please note that on our secure book now page (Fresha) we have encryption that prevents anybody from seeing or recording your credit card number, including The Waxologist.
CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
The Waxologist is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevent another client from being seen.
The Waxologist understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. This may be deducted off your next appointment.
For which clients are a “no-show” will incur a non-refundable charge of 100% of the service amount.
A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment (see BOOKING POLICY for info regarding security).
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Here at The Waxologist we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 48 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Waxologist clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
