I'm The Waxologist, Debbie Cameron.

I provide expert waxing and specialist beauty treatments, including henna brows, brow lamination, lashes, dermaplaning, and massage including the WaveStone and hot stones.

I have been trained by some of the UK's industry leading experts, and continue developing my skillset with new techniques and up and coming trends.

My mission is to provide a friendly, personalised service and to ensure that my clients are always number one, and I strive to exceed your expectations.

Tuesday: 10am - 6pm

Wednesday: 10am - 5.30pm

Thursday: 9.30pm - 8pm

Friday: 9am - 6pm

Sat: 9am - 3pm

 

BOOKING POLICY

Please, whenever possible, book your appointment online. This prevents any communication errors and will also enable you to choose the best time for your appointment.

From March 2022 an adjustment in the booking system will require a 50% deposit to be placed on all appointments. This will supersede the previous cancellation policy charges.


Please note that on our secure book now page (Fresha) we have encryption that prevents anybody from seeing or recording your credit card number, including The Waxologist.

When you make a booking, please enter a valid phone number and email address. This is so that appointments can be confirmed and if a situation arises that we have to contact you, we have the correct details. It is your responsibility to enter your details correctly, and The Waxologist holds no liability for incorrect details being entered by the client.

We do not share your personal information with anyone.

 

CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY

The Waxologist is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevent another client from being seen.


The Waxologist understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% cancellation fee (your deposit).

A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment (see BOOKING POLICY for info regarding security).


Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show” and your deposit fee for the service scheduled will be non-refundable.


Here at The Waxologist we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 48 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Waxologist clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes and cancellations.


If you have any questions regarding our policies please give us a call at 07802 552931. Sometimes I am unable to answer your call. This may be because I am with a client or on a day off. Please then contact me by text message, stating your name and details of your appointment.
